With the KUG300 various materials, e.g. cables or hoses, up to a diameter of 10 mm, can be quickly and easily wound onto different spools. A quick-action clamping system with cones allows the spools to be changed quickly, even with different core bores and dimensions. The machine is controlled by an easy-to-use PLC, whereby the mechanical laying is set manually. With a core diameter of 100 mm, the maximum winding speed is 110 m / min.
